Delivery Information

The following delivery methods are available:

  • Email - Following your purchase, you will receive an email containing one or more attachments (PDF documents) that serve as printable tickets. You must print these tickets and bring them with you to the event(s).

  • Ship - Your tickets will be mailed to the shipping address you specify at the time of your order. The package you receive will contain hard-copies of your tickets. These must be brought to the event(s). Please allow six (6) business days for delivery.

  • Will Call - Tickets will not be mailed to you. Simply show up at the box office (Pioneer Center, 100 S. Virginia Street, Reno, NV) within two (2) hours of the performance on the day of the event(s) and provide your name. If picking up tickets before performance date, visit the Reno Philharmonic office at 925 Riverside Drive, Suite 3, Reno, NV to pick up your tickets. Only the person that placed the order can redeem Will Call tickets. You must have a valid ID in order to be able to redeem.
